For Prospective Students
Career Catalyst Institute works with colleges and universities to help prospective students learn about educational opportunities, explore relevant programs, receive timely support, and connect with admissions when they are ready for the next step.
CCI supports the connection. The institution makes the decision.
Admissions eligibility, acceptance, financial aid, academic advising, and final enrollment decisions remain with the educational institution.

Receive clear, institution-approved information about programs, formats, timelines, and appropriate next steps.
Share your goals, questions, and program interests with a CCI Engagement Coordinator.
CCI uses the institution’s agreed criteria to determine whether an admissions conversation or other next action is appropriate.
When appropriate, CCI helps coordinate a conversation with the institution’s admissions team and provides the agreed engagement context.
Where included, CCI can provide reminders and approved follow-up to help you complete the next agreed enrollment step.
What CCI Can Do
CCI can provide approved preliminary information, discuss your stated interests, document relevant information, help determine whether you meet institution-defined qualification criteria, and coordinate an agreed next step with the institution.
What CCI Does Not Do
CCI does not guarantee admission, determine financial-aid eligibility, provide binding academic advice, promise scholarships, transfer credit, licensure, employment, salary, or other outcomes controlled by an institution or third party.
Questions about admission, financial aid, academic eligibility, or final enrollment decisions should be addressed with the applicable institution.
